219 Main Street is a 1,700± square foot Worcester Lunch Car manufactured in 1927. The site has continuously operated as a diner for nearly a century, known over the years as the Main Street Diner, Sardy’s, Bosse’s, and most recently Joanne’s Kitchen.

The buyer will occupy the 3,570± street-level retail space for Corporate Tools, a provider of corporate filing services and software, while offering the remaining space for lease. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $2,050,000.
