221 Main Street, anchored by NBT Bank, is a three-story, 24,000± square foot building prominently located in the center of downtown, within walking distance of City Hall, the Nashua Center for the Arts, and numerous shops, banks and restaurants.
219 Main Street is a 1,700± square foot Worcester Lunch Car manufactured in 1927. The site has continuously operated as a diner for nearly a century, known over the years as the Main Street Diner, Sardy’s, Bosse’s, and most recently Joanne’s Kitchen.
The buyer will occupy the 3,570± street-level retail space for Corporate Tools, a provider of corporate filing services and software, while offering the remaining space for lease. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $2,050,000.
