Mark Prolman
Founder & Principal Broker
Mark Prolman, has been in the Commercial and Industrial real estate business since 1981, beginning with NAI Norwood Group until 1986. In 1986 he formed a real estate development partnership with Tom Monahan of the Monahan Companies that continued until 1991. From 1991-1992, he managed and disposed of a substantial real estate portfolio owned by the former Nashua Trust Company. In 1992, Prolman Realty, Inc. was incorporated, specializing in Investment- and Development-related Commercial and Industrial brokerage.
Over the last 30 years, Mark has invested in and developed various residential and commercial real estate. Mark’s extensive knowledge of Commercial and Industrial real estate investment and development provides an edge with his clients, because he “thinks like an owner.” Mark has served on many community boards, including the Boys and Girls Club, Nashua Children’s Home, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, Enterprise Bank Advisory Council and the Business and Industrial Development Authority for the City of Nashua. Mark’s extensive knowledge of the Southern New Hampshire commercial market and the strong business relationships he’s developed along the way are what give Prolman Realty a leading edge in the industry.

A New Hampshire native, Lisa brings a foundation in office management and marketing from AerCap Group Services in Fort Lauderdale to a Milford, NH based appraisal firm where she earned her real estate license. For the past 12 years at Prolman Realty, she’s specialized as a commercial real estate agent while supporting Mark Prolman across marketing, property management, and real estate transactions. Lisa manages communications, listing data, showings, and documentation, ensuring details are accurate and deadlines are met.
