Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, Inc. along with Dan Scanlon of Colliers International represented CHERB, LLC, Herb and Cheryl Hardman in the sale of all of their interests in Granite Town Plaza in Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, and the principal of the buying entitiy was Chris Alexandrou of Boxford, Massachusetts. Granite Town Plaza is a 109,000+ square foot neighborhood center anchored by Tractor Supply, Family Dollar, Gold's Gym and Citizens Bank.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 17 Progress Avenue to LP220, LLC according to Mark Prolman who assisted the Buyer and represented the Seller, 17 Progress Avenue, LLC. The property is located just off the F.E. Everett Turnpike between Exits 4 and 5 within the Northeastern Boulevard Industrial Park and consists of an 18,600 square foot Office and Industrial Building situated on 1.0 acres. The building was formerly occupied by J. Lawrence Hall and subsequently DENRON HALL. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the Sale Price was $1,900,000.
