Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 17 Progress Avenue to LP220, LLC according to Mark Prolman who assisted the Buyer and represented the Seller, 17 Progress Avenue, LLC. The property is located just off the F.E. Everett Turnpike between Exits 4 and 5 within the Northeastern Boulevard Industrial Park and consists of an 18,600 square foot Office and Industrial Building situated on 1.0 acres. The building was formerly occupied by J. Lawrence Hall and subsequently DENRON HALL. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the Sale Price was $1,900,000.

The front building was built in 1976 and totals 37,610 SF. The back building was built in 1981 and totals 18,985 SF. “W.H. Bagshaw will be occupying the front building to manufacture precision components with CNC Equipment to the Medical, Aerospace, Defense and High Tech Industries,” according to Adria Bagshaw, Chief Validation Officer and Aaron Bagshaw, Chief Visionary Officer. W.H. Bagshaw has been manufacturing quality products since 1870. Financing was provided by Enterprise Bank under the leadership of Deb Novotny and Peter Rayno along with the Business Finance Authority.
