The building really leant itself to be purchased as a single tenant retail store. But with the lack of new retail store openings in the downtown area I new that finding such a buyer might take some time. Any other use of the first floor of the building by a new owner would present some challenges in terms of floorplan layout, wash room changes, parking and door entry and egress. It was extremely helpful for you to list the property on as many websites as you did and I think when you hosted an Open House at my building with many other Commercial Real Estate Agents from Southeastern NH in attendance it helped to attract many potential buyers to come in for a look.
