According to Mark Prolman who represented Acorn Family Realty, LLC (Seller) and assisted 7 Congress, LLC (Buyer), “the property consists of a 9,600 SF office/warehouse building situated on .72 acres and was formerly the Corporate Headquarters of Maple Leaf Construction. The new owner intends to occupy the premises and lease the remaining space.” According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the selling price was $1.1 million.

The property is located just off the F.E. Everett Turnpike between Exits 4 and 5 within the Northeastern Boulevard Industrial Park and consists of an 18,600 square foot Office and Industrial Building situated on 1.0 acres. The building was formerly occupied by J. Lawrence Hall and subsequently DENRON HALL. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the Sale Price was $1,900,000.
