Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the Sale of 225-227 Lowell Road to the Lannan Company according to Mark Prolman who represented the Seller, RDB Holdings et al and Dusty Burke Jr. of American Commercial Real Estate who represented the Buyer.
The Lannan Company acquired the highly visible 3.0 acre site to develop 19,900 square feet of Retail Space. Tenants already committed include Starbucks, DCU Credit Union, and Jersey Mike’s. Enterprise Bank provided the Acquisition and Permanent Financing. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the Selling Price was $2.2 million.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 17 Progress Avenue to LP220, LLC according to Mark Prolman who assisted the Buyer and represented the Seller, 17 Progress Avenue, LLC. The property is located just off the F.E. Everett Turnpike between Exits 4 and 5 within the Northeastern Boulevard Industrial Park and consists of an 18,600 square foot Office and Industrial Building situated on 1.0 acres. The building was formerly occupied by J. Lawrence Hall and subsequently DENRON HALL. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the Sale Price was $1,900,000.
