According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented GL Perkins Real Estate, LLC (Seller) and assisted the Buyer, “the 4,800 square foot free-standing office shall be the second location for the buyer who has an office in Amherst, NH d.b.a. KIN:PATHIC.” According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds the sale price was $330,000.
