LEASED! 191 Main St. Nashua to Shaheen-and-Gordon

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce that Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. has leased 7,000 square feet of professional office space at 191 Main Street, Nashua, according to Mark Prolman, who represented the lessor, Parsons Ventures, and assisted Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.


The 12,000-square-foot building was formerly occupied for many years by Bank of New Hampshire and subsequently TD Bank. The property will now undergo an extensive interior build-out for Shaheen & Gordon and exterior improvements that will restore the building and its original windows to their architectural design, according to Rob Parsons, owner of Parsons Ventures. Renovations are being completed by NorthPoint Construction Management.

Leasing 191 Main Street by Shaheen & Gordon represents a renewed commitment to the Nashua community. The firm has provided legal services in Nashua for over 40 years, and the larger downtown space will place its attorneys in the heart of the city, better positioned to serve residents, according to D.
